About Us

We have been conducting business on the Czech real estate market since 1991, originally under the name Pražská správa nemovitostí (Prague Property Administration). In 2019, our name was shortened to PSN. Our long-term strategy relies on building a proprietary real estate portfolio in Prague, Pardubice, and Hradec Králové. We execute sensitive reconstruction projects with the aid of renowned architects to restore the genius loci of buildings and to find the best possible ways in which they can be used. We bring buildings back to life.
Our portfolio includes the Dancing House, Palác Dlážděná, and the Fashion House on Wenceslas Square.
