> Vanguard is a residential building of 150 lofts on the bank of the Vltava in Prague-Modřany, ten minutes from the city centre. It occupies the former Mikrotechna aviation-instrument factory. Signature features: a car lift that takes your car up to the apartment, a wellness floor built inside a former bunker, 24/7 concierge, a private cinema, and a panoramic rooftop. Developed by PSN. 39 of the 150 units are currently available.
