The controller of personal data collected on this website is PSN s.r.o., company ID 170 488 69, registered office Seifertova 823/9, 130 00 Praha 3, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague. We operate this website under the domain vanguardprague.cz.
Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Marek Vavřina, marek.vavrina@psn.cz, +420 221 088 111.
From the visit-request form we collect: first name, last name, email, phone number, selected interest, your optional message, preferred contact method, your marketing-consent choice, the URL of the page you submitted from, and your IP address as a technical record of the submission.
If submission is interrupted, your browser may temporarily keep the unfinished form in this tab's sessionStorage. It is used only to resume the same request, is not sent to us before submission, and expires after 60 minutes. The page removes it on its timer or the next time it is accessed, as well as after a successful submission, when you explicitly close the form, or when the browser session ends.
From general site usage we record basic technical data (browser type, device, language, visited URLs) via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics — the latter runs in Google Consent Mode v2 (anonymous cookieless signals) right away, with full, cookie-based measurement only after your consent. Details and opt-out are in our cookie policy.
We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Art. 6(1) GDPR:
Your lead enters our sales CRM Realpad (operated by Realpad EU, servers within the European Union). Resend delivers confirmation emails — data isn't retained there beyond what is needed to deliver the message. We also record a successful form submission as a conversion in PostHog (EU-resident servers) on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring our own sales funnel; no cookies are used for this without your consent.
Campaign measurement. If you send the enquiry form, we share the progress of your enquiry (e.g. a completed meeting or a reservation) with the advertising platforms Meta and Google — solely as a one-way hashed (SHA-256) email address and phone number. The platforms never receive your readable contact details; the hashed data serves only to verify whether your enquiry relates to our advertising and to evaluate our campaigns. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring advertising effectiveness (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Advertising-cookie identifiers are attached only if you allowed them in the cookie banner. You may object at any time at info@psn.cz — no further events will then be shared.
Beyond these processors and the hashed campaign measurement described above, we don't share your data. No marketing partner or third party gets access to your readable contact details unless you explicitly opt in via the optional checkboxes in the form.
Form data is retained for at most three years from the last contact and then deleted from Realpad and our own systems. Data for marketing communication is kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe link in every email). Tax documents are archived for the statutory period (10 years under Czech VAT law).
You have the right to access your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
The site runs on Vercel (EU edges), data is always transferred over HTTPS. Realpad CRM is ISO 27001 certified. Access to the data is limited to PSN sales-team members.
Contact-form data (Realpad, Resend, Vercel) is not transferred outside the European Economic Area — all of these processors operate within the EU or rely on approved Standard Contractual Clauses. The one exception is web analytics: Google Consent Mode v2 signals (the anonymous cookieless measurement and, after your consent, analytics cookies — see our cookie policy) are processed by Google LLC (USA) under the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), backed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Likewise, the hashed campaign-measurement data (section 4) is received by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google Ireland Ltd. — both established in the EU; any onward transfer to the USA is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Every contact is reviewed by a member of the sales team.
